Si tratta di un appuntamento estremamente significativo, che ha il compito di ribadire che il vino buono, pulito e giusto può contribuire a cambiare il sistema agricolo coniugando la sostenibilità ambientale, la difesa del paesaggio e la crescita culturale e sociale degli abitanti delle terre dedicate alla coltivazione della vite.

After greetings from the organizers, the opening plenary session of the Slow Wine Fair will retrace the steps that led to the creation of the Slow Wine Coalition and explore the potential development of this international network with Carlo Petrini, founder and president of Slow Food.
