F1 – Profiles of the Slow Food School Garden Key Persons

This form will be filled in at the establishment of the Garden to record the names and contacts of the Key Persons responsible for the School Garden management. These are:

• the Slow Food Garden Coordinator, who ensures the link between the Garden and Slow Food; he/she should fill in the form and send it to SF Garden teams through the usual communication system;
• The School Director, who makes all key decisions about the School Garden; he/she can first fill in the form before passing it to the SF Coordinator for finalizing and sending it to SF Gardens Team;
• the School Garden Manager, who is appointed by the School Director and is responsible for the School Garden daily management; he/she is usually a teacher of the school but might also be someone who is not a teacher.

The form will be updated every time one of these persons change.
