All Slow Wine Fair delegates have to contribute to the Slow Wine Fair organization with a payment. For you as Slow Wine Fair delegates, this contribution will be covered by Slow Food and will include: 
- Entrance at the Slow Wine Fair from the 27th to the 29th and participation of the meetings at the “Slow Wine Arena” during Sunday 27th and Monday 28th 
- Accommodation for a maximum of 3 nights (in: March 26th; out: March 29th) 
- Transport to the Slow Wine Fair at Bologna Fiere and back to the accommodation
- Social dinner on March 27th

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Slow Food will cover the cost of flights to Bologna airport arriving on March 26th and departing on March 29th as well as the transfers to and from the airport on these days. Should you intend to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please indicate the dates here above. Should you intend to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please note that you will be responsible for organizing your stay and covering any additional cost related to the change of dates (housing).

HOUSING INFORMATION

Slow Food will cover accommodation from the night of March 26th to the night of March 28th (3 nights).
