Slow Food Monitoring and Evaluation System
for the Gardens Project in Africa
This form will be filled in at the establishment of the Garden to record the names and contacts of the two Key Persons responsible for the Community Garden management . and some basic information about the location of the garden.
The Key Persons in the Community Garden These are:
- the Slow Food Garden Coordinator, Gardens Coordinator, who supervises this Garden among others, who represents Slow Food and who ensures the link between the Garden and Slow Food; he/she should fill in the form and send it to SF Garden teams through the usual communication system;
- the Community Garden Manager, who is responsible for the direct management of the Community Garden and the Community Garden Manager, who provides the link between the SF Garden Slow Food Gardens Coordinator and the members of the Garden itself.
The form should be filled by the Slow Food Gardens Coordinator or by a person to whom he/she delegates the task. The form can be filled on paper and data transferred later in the on-line Confluence platform; or it can be directly filled in the on-line Confluence electronic platform.
The form will have to be updated every time there is a change in one of these two persons changethe Key persons, garden location or size. Changes can be communicated to the Slow Food Gardens Team by email or WhatsApp message.
