Slow Food Monitoring and Evaluation System
for the Gardens Project in Africa
This form will be first preferably filled in by the Local - or Regional or National depending on the country - Slow Food Garden Coordinator at the establishment of the School Garden Gardens Coordinator with the collaboration of the School Garden Manager. Once The form should be filled in once per year, possibly during or at the end of the main cropping season, it will be filled in again always in collaboration with the School Garden Manager, with the information relevant to the on-going or just closed cropping season that just closed. For some questions, the responses will have to reflect the collective views of the key School Garden garden stakeholders. Information The information requested in the section General information Information about country, name of the garden and type of the garden is the same as requested in F1, Profiles of the Slow Food Community School Garden Key Persons and geographical location. The Slow Food garden code will Garden code will be entered by Slow Food. The remaining information is about who fills in this form and when.
