After greetings from the organizers, the opening plenary session of the Slow Wine Fair will retrace the steps that led to the creation of the Slow Wine Coalition and explore the potential development of this international network with Carlo Petrini, founder and president of Slow Food.

Please note that the sessions of the Slow Wine Fair will be translated in the languages listed above.

All Slow Wine Fair delegates have to contribute to the Slow Wine Fair organization with a payment. For you as Slow Wine Fair delegates, this contribution will be covered by Slow Food and will include: 
- Entrance at the Slow Wine Fair from the 27^th to the 29^th and participation of the meetings at the “Slow Wine Arena” during Sunday 27^th and Monday 28^th 
- Accommodation for a maximum of 3 nights (in: March 26^th; out: March 29^th) 
- Transport to the Slow Wine Fair at Bologna Fiere and back to the accommodation
- Social dinner on March 27^th 

Slow Food will cover accommodation from the night of March 26th to the night of March 28th (3 nights).
