Please note that, if selected, you will be accommodated by Slow Food in twin rooms (if you are travelling alone, you might be matched with other single travelers by the Organization);
We kindly ask you to bear in mind that a huge effort is put into place to organize the delegates’ participation (accommodation, transfers and food) and therefore we ask your collaboration and understanding in case it does not meet your expectations.

Should you intend to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please note that you will be responsible for organizing your stay (housing and transfers to and from the airport) and covering any additional cost.
